Our staff augmentation services enable our clients in getting qualified and experienced consultants to suit their requirements Consultants can be made available for short-term and/or long-term assignments and many clients find this a convenient way to keep projects on track and within budget so that their mission-critical goals can be accomplished effectively.

2. Virtual Back Office

Our "Virtual Back office" model helps our clients leverage our dedicated recruitment staff as their hiring back office, thus eliminating the overhead of having to maintain a dedicated staff. Our clients can have the benefit and flexibility of choosing the number of dedicated resources working exclusively on their day to day recruiting needs based on their recruitment pattern in a cost effective manner

Our Recruiting methodology

Maple understands the need for quality and a quick turnaround time to meet the clients resourcing requirements. Our team maintains a unique in house database that is a result of our past experience in mapping the resources to our client?s requirements. This repository acts as a primary vault of prospective candidates that our team has personally interacted and dealt with in the past. Our team leverages this database to ensure that an additional layer of quality screening is built into our process of identifying the right candidate, thus increasing the quality and precision of our shortlist and reducing the turnaround time to recruit a candidate for our clients.

Our Standard Recruiting Methodology

Eligible consultants are identified from various job portals.These consultants are short listed as per the needs of the clients. The next step in IT recruitment is the telephonic interview of short-listed consultants.
Through telephonic interview we explore the basic communication capability of the consultants. Their concern and fitness for the job opportunities are evaluated in this interview.
The consultants who pass the preliminary evaluation stage are then short listed for technical evaluation. The skill and ability of the consultant is measured through yet another set of detailed testing measures.
After Thorough Background and Reference Checking, the Short-listed consultants are given on-site assignments. A Memorandum of Understanding is signed between the consultant and the client, to protect the interests of the clients. Thus making the consultant legally bound to the contract.
We also assist the consultants and clients in exchanging documents for the H1-B/Working Visa/Immigration processing etc.
